Each market is paired with a Client Success Coordinator (CSC), who provides personalized support from the moment the contract is signed. Your CSC will guide you through onboarding, discussing all ad materials, branding guidelines, and verbiage. Once we have the assets, our talented graphic designers take over to create stunning ad designs, keeping you informed with proofs along the way. AD SUBMISSIONS

We can create your ad at no additional cost and includes two edits. Additional edits may incur additional charges. 

Each magazine has specific deadline dates. If not met, it could impact your advertisement and the distribution of the magazine. We recommend you printing out the Editorial calendar to keep all dates at hand or your local Account Manager can provide you with this information.

File Types and Delivery:

  • Please submit Jpg files at exact Ad Size. (See specifications for your Ad size)
  • Files must be 300 dpi converted to CMYK.

File Specifications/General Guidelines:

  • Image resolution must be high resolution 300dpi, Line Illustration is 2400 dpi.
  • Convert all colors to CMYK. RGB elements must be converted to CMYK.
  • Limit file name to 24 characters.
  • Files must be single pages or spreads, no multipage files.
  • Do not use illegal characters such as “()*&^%$#@!’{}[]|\;: in the file name.

Document Settings:

  • Ads should be built at 100% Ad Size.
  • No bleeds are required unless the Ad is appearing on the back cover page.
  • If the Ad will appear on the back cover, a 0.25” bleed must be added on all sides. (Please see Ad specifications on size)
  • Make sure that if the Ad has images that are considerably dark, it is best to lighten the image, as it will appear 10% - 20% darker when printed.
  • Be sure to convert all fonts to outlines before exporting your file to Photoshop.

Please note:

  • Family Resource Group does not make any changes to camera ready ads or files.
  • If the Ad is not submitted at the exact Ad size, the Ad may possibly be cropped incorrectly on the publication.

QR Codes:

A great way to draw your target market to a webpage or a website to learn more about your product or services. QR codes are easy to use and can be customized to fit your needs and your company branding.

Infographics:

Statistics and graphs can be dull, but formatting them as an infographic allows you to reach your target audience in visually appealing and memorable way. Include a digital copy of your infographic online so that it can be shared by your customers and prospects.

Social Media:

Include your social media icons and tags in your printed materials to take the conversation online. Post engaging content online that reinforces your printed message.
