I’m Kayla, and I love working with businesses through Birmingham Parent to help them connect with local families. Building strong relationships and finding creative ways to support businesses is what drives me every day. I’m passionate about seeing my clients grow and knowing I had a part in their success. When I’m not working, I’m usually planning my next beach getaway—there’s nothing better than relaxing by the ocean with a tropical drink in hand to recharge and refocus.

As much as I enjoy my work and traveling, my heart belongs to my family. I’m proud to be the wife of my hardworking Cuban husband, a mom to two amazing daughters, and “KiKi” to four grandchildren who mean the world to me. They keep me grounded, motivated, and always remind me of what’s most important. Whether I’m supporting clients or spending time with my family, I put care and dedication into everything I do.
